Ladybug Tilda

Hi there friends,
We have a new challenge up at MDUC today - a colour challenge - PINK and LIME.
I decided to get out an oldie but a goodie for the challenge:

Ladybug Tilda is from Raising the Ceiling & Right Through my Heart collections from 2010. Isn't she adorable?  She would have to be in my top 10.

The papers are old Memory Box as is the pretty die cut at the top.
The flowers are both Wild Orchid Crafts and Prima
The crystal string is from The Ribbon Girl.
The pretty ornate frame behind Tilda is by Marianne Creatables.

I hope you have a chance to come along and play with our zesty colour combo.

Baked with Love

Hi friends,
I have a card to share with you today with no Tilda or Edwin to be seen!!

The gorgeous embellishments are from The Ribbon Girl, Wild Orchid Crafts and Make it Crafty.

Yep - lots and lots of fabulous goodies!!
The stamp is by Magnolia - it is from the With Love collection - Baked with Love and the Chocolat accessory stamps.

The paper is The Girls Paperie - I really wish I'd bought more of this gorgeous paper as I think it is no longer available. The shape of the card was cut with a Go Kreate die. The bird cage and bird are from a Spellbinders set.

Yep - lots going on with this card but I was really happy with how it turned out.
I love this collection from Magnolia! It has so much to offer and is keeping me busy until my new stamps from the Little Easter collection hit my mail box.... any day now ;)

Thanks for stopping by,
Hugs x

Doo Bee Pops

Hi there friends,
I am back again with something quite cute to share with you today.
Have you seen Magnolia's new Doo Bee Pops? They are vintage honeycomb paper.  The DT was sent some to have a little play with. OMG - these girls are super talented!! Make sure you check out the fantastic stuff they've come up with.

I thought it was timely to make some Easter decorations and made some paper eggs to decorate.

This adorable little Tilda is a newbie from the Little Easter collection, she is Happy Easter Tilda. Its such a cute collection, lots of lovely new stamps to choose from.

So... a little bit of a funny story to go with my Doo Bee Pop eggs.... I needed some assistance from my hubby to get some photos of them... and well... he SAT on one of them! OMG. I didnt know whether I should cry, throw a tanty, or what. I ended up just laughing. The poor bugger, hehehe. He has had a huge day at our new house site pouring the concrete slab, he is exhausted. So I am really not surprised he didnt see where he was sitting!

This one is decorated with flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts

Both eggs have tags and sentiments on them

The pretty lace is from Magnolia.

And finally -

my Hubby in the middle of the slab pour this morning. What a massive job. My father in law is the brains behind the project, organising all the tradies and making sure everything happens as it is supposed to. It is all so exciting and we're really lucky to have this opportunity. The kids are having a ball watching the house come out of the ground.

Well... that is it from me today. I will be back on the weekend.
Until then,

The lovely paper doily and mulberry paper flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Tilda with Love Cake

Yay! It is the weekend again.
We have had an extra exciting week this week. My eldest started Kindy. He was so brave and looked absolutely adorable in his school uniform. We are all very proud of him with his big smile.

Today we have our next challenge go live at The Sketchy Challenges. This time it is my turn to host.

This is TIlda with Love Cake from the new With Love collection.  The papers are also Magnolia.
I'm sorry there is a white splodge on little Tilda's face! With all of the heat, my white paint pen isn't coping so well and it decided to leak all over my image after I'd finished the card.  I haven't had a chance to fix it but will do that before I give the card away. It looks much worse in the photo than I thought it would.

The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The lace and twine if from The Ribbon Girl.
Magnolia stamp and papers from The Crafty Witch.

I hope you get a chance to play at The Sketchy Challenges.

I will be back tomorrow with something else to share,
until then - Hugs x
